As founder and CEO of Blue Stone Success, Diane Hasili's mission is to impart the wisdom for financial success and the path to dreams fulfilled. Diane brings financial education "alive" infusing knowledge, confidence and a solid foundation for successful money management. She provides financial education that promotes healthy life-long financial habits and the tools to make sound financial decisions. She works with parents, businesses, colleges/universities, high schools, credit counseling agencies, community associations and the NJ Coalition for Financial Education providing personal finance seminars, lectures, workshops and industry insights. Her affiliations include the American Society for Training and Development.
Throughout her career, Diane has been recognized as a leader and has achieved numerous accolades. Before founding Blue Stone Success, she built numerous products and developed new markets in the business and consumer financial service markets. She spearheaded many industry firsts such as the banking industry's first ultra-premium credit card, with a $1000 annual fee, and new loyalty products later adopted by MasterCard and VISA.
Diane's experience spans working with the underbanked to private banking clients. She has created programs in response to consumer behaviors and needs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies such as worked JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch and L'Oreal. With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Diane's partners and clients have included MasterCard, VISA, Western Union, Bloomberg and Citibank. She is a business consultant for small to medium-size businesses.
She is active in her community and is an educational volunteer at the Sandy Weill H.S. for Economics and Finance, part of W!SE, a New York State organization committed to improving financial literacy.
Diane has a B.S. in Mathematics from Marymount College, M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and achieved a professional certificate from New York University. She resides in New Jersey and New York City.
